the location is unbeatable as it is just a stone's throw away from the Teatro Massimo, perfect for opera lovers like myself. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with new furniture and a small balcony overlooking the charming rooftops of the old town. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

The location of this b&b is excellent.
The room had little ambiance. The b&b had less feeling of privacy than other B&Bs we stayed in. Breakfast was rather clumsy.

Fantastic place! In the heart of old town. Small 4 rooms hotel, running by nice and very helpfull family (especially Antonella - the best of the best) . Good breakfest. Modern rooms. The best place to stay if u are going to see Palermo. I am going to stay there next time in Palermo. We were traveling with one year old baby and can recomend this place for famillis.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided me with great recommendations for exploring the local area. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having a small balcony with a view of the old town. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including freshly baked pastries and a selection of fruits.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

really nice rooms, friendly people. 1 room is with a room and a none suite bathroom, which is not convenient. But the plans are to change that soon. Right in the old center off Palermo. We enjoyed it.

Large and comfortable room, good value for money, convenient location to shopping area and tourist attractions. Will recommend to stay.
A bit limited breakfast. The door is difficult to open, make sure a strong man is travelling with you, hehe.....

Everything is brand new and sparkly! It is run by a family who have just started it up and they were wonderfully friendly and hospitable. They will sort out any tourist information for you and even took me out for two of the nights that I was there, for fabulous food and music in and just outside of the city. I had a fabulous time in Palermo, in essence due to staying at the B&B.
The only thing was that the shower was weak!

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in a prime location in Palermo. The rooms were clean and spacious with new furniture, giving a cozy and homely feel. I especially liked the small balcony, perfect for enjoying the local atmosphere. The kitchen available for guest use was a great bonus, adding convenience and making it easy to prepare a quick meal. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a special mention to the fantastic mandarins jam. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.
Everything was spot on, no improvements needed.

Perfect hosts, father and mother gave us a nice, various breakfast each morning. Very lovely people who always gave good advice about places to visit etc. Elevator was small but very necessary since it's on the fourth floor. Once it didn't work, but the hosts made sure it was fixed a few hours later. Although parkingspots are rare in the city centre, we always found one in the street or nearby.
Only the cleanlyness of the room... a lot of dust under the bed. But that's it. Since it's in the heart of Palermo there was a bit noice outside but i guess that's normal.

We had an amazing stay close to the city centre. Everything was within walking distance, including an incredible pizzeria. the spacious rooms were incredibly clean and had very effective soundproof windows. the service provided by the management was 10/10, and the breakfast was substantial.
The neighborhood wasn't the safest for us during the evenings.

The place was well equipped with basic amenities and the staff was friendly, willing to help us find our way. It was conveniently located near great places to eat which was a delight since we didn't have to go very far. the room had good air conditioning which was really appreciated in the hot weather.
The breakfast wasn't good. the coffee tasted burnt and the pastries didn't seem fresh.

The breakfast spread was excellent with a variety of delicious options. The rooms were well-maintained and had amazing balcony views. Parking may be a challenge, but public transportation or walking is highly recommended.
